Great Blue Heron

American Black Bear

Saw this beautiful piece of God's creation this evening from my from porch.  I was staring right at me from across the road (I was using my 75-300mm lens at full magnification so *no* I was not really that close). :)

Which do you like better the color or B&W?

Dusk

Another type of dragonfly

This picture is a bit blurry because it was taken from my phone and it was a cloudy day but
wanted to share this beautiful piece of God's creation. :)

Widow Skimmer

Independence Day Fireworks

Here are my favorite pictures I took last night from the Independence Day fireworks.:)

I'd love to hear you thoughts on them! Which do you like best and why? Which do you like least and why?

"Cracklers"

"Flash Bangs"

I really liked how  this one turned out almost looks like it was painted.

You can see the effects of the fog in this one.

I edited the above photo to get a B & W

This photo and the ones below I has playing with the depth of field settings.

A little blue

These flowers remind me of rockets, so I thought I'd share this picture for Independence Day!

Grape Hyacinths

More of the Elohim's Sky Art :)
